Highwealth Construction Corp. was established on January 23, 1980 with the original name Hongfu Construction Corp. Ltd and in 2003 changed to the present name. Highwealth Construction Corp. has been principally engaged in the property development, construction and distribution. The company provides residential buildings, including housings, suits and parking lots, as well as office buildings, including offices, shops, parking lots and suits, among others. The company also involves in the provision of property leasing services. The company’s projects mainly are located in Taipei, Taichung and Kaohsiung, among which Taipei is its development focus. The company also sets the focus of future development areas including Sinjhuang, Hsichih, Linkou of New Taipei City, as well as the Seventh Redevelopment Zone, Art Galleries, Section 1 of Taichung Port Rd., the National Park Lane and other places of Taichung. In addition it actively participates in the city’s new land development and MRT joint development. In Highwealth Construction, the upper reaches include land and building materials and the downstream includes the housing leasing and broking.
