Howteh Technology Co., Ltd. (Taiwan, China)

On September 23rd 1978, Howteh Co., Ltd. was founded through the reorganization of Howtech Company. Meanwhile the company expanded its business, franchise import business. In February 1980, it signed a technical cooperation with American Lynch, and they established a joint venture of Taiwan Lin Communications Co., Ltd., to produce hub, Bo code modulation and other communication equipments. In July 1988, the company expanded the business and set up offices in Taichung and Kaohsiung. In January 1991, it set up the motor department as the main agency of BICC Cable. In March 1995, PCB Division moved to Taiwan in Taoyuan South Tai Lin communication factory to provide better service. In May 1998, the stock of Lam Communications Inc. began to trade in May 1998. In September 1999, the company formally established Hong Kong Zhide Electronics Co., Ltd., to provide more services for customers in Hong Kong and mainland China. October 1999, the company purchased its own office building, located in Building 6, No.25, Section 1, Tun Hwa South Road, Taipei, and started to operate business in this new building. In January 2000, the company got the ISO9002 quality certification. And Semiconductor Information Division was established in June, to expand customer services. In November it changed its name to Howteh Technology Co., Ltd. In March 2001, broadband telecommunications division was set up, to add the broadband telecommunications services. In March 2002, it obtained the ISO9000: 2000 version quality certification. In December 2002, the company applied to establish Hao Zhu Shanghai International Trading Co., Ltd., to provide customer service in east China.
