Hsin-Li Chemical Ind. Corp. was prepared to establish in June 1973 and was officially incorporated in October 1973. In June 1974 the company completed the installation of its first tufting machine and expanded the factories and offices. It set up a fiber plant in 1979 and a synthetic resin factory in 1980 to complete the integrated operation system of dyeing, fiber, synthetic resin and flocking. In 1981 the company set up large-scale material warehouses, dyeing and finishing plants, and mechanical and electrical repair factories. In 1985 it built a new dyeing and finishing plant, raising plants, and started the construction of wastewater treatment equipment. In 1992 the company made IPO and in 1999 was listed in emerging stock market. In 1998 it was granted ISO14001 certification.
