"In December 1990, Info-Tek Corporation was approved to be set up. Liu Xin Lang served as the first chairman. In Jun. 1991, it began to produce motherboard. In Dec. 1995, it passed the certification of ISO-9002. In Apr. 1998, the board of directors and supervisors was restructured and Zhuang Jin Mao took over as the next chairman. In Jun. 1998, it began the business of EMS. In Aug. 1998, INFO-TEKHOLDINGCO.,LTD. was set up in British Virgin Islands under the indirect investment of Inro-Teck Corporation and it began the business of processing and assembly of motherboard. In Oct. 1998, it assembled the computer of Barbone system. In Nov. its public offering was approved. In Dec. the Xinzhu Industrial Area was completed and taken into use covering an area of 6,628 kilometer. Headquarters were moved here. In Jun. 1999, ITCENTERPRISECORPORATION was set up in British Virgin Islands under the indirect investment of Inro-Teck Corporation. Zhijia Investment Co., Ltd. invested the company, holding 25.16%. In Sep. 1999, overseas subsidiary SUNRISECORPORATION trans-invested Jinghua Electronics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. In Nov. it passed the certification of ISO-90012000. Since Jan. 2002, the company set up ExcellenceInternatinalCorporation, EverbroadInternationalLimited, Jingfa International Trade (Shanghai), Jinghua Electronics (Nanjing), etc. one after another.
