Formerly known as Tera Electronic Co., Jin Shang Chang Development Co., Ltd. was established on September 6, 1986 and went public on December 26, 1989. In September 1994, the company management went through further restructuring, expanding its business to construction, building materials, bowling alley, warehouse and supermarket business and other business projects. It changed its name to Lin San Hao International Development Corp. Ltd. in November 1998. The company then changed its name to Jin Shang Chang Development Company Limited and is based in Taipei, Taiwan. The company is mainly engaged in the real estate business, including the sale and leasing of residential buildings, villas and lands, and the collection of commissions.
