Key Ware Electronics Co.,Ltd. was established on February 27, 1997 in Taipei specializing in the production of bits for printed circuit boards. In November 1997 it moved to Taoyuan County and produced 0.35/0.3mm series drill.In February 1999,it developed the 0.2mm drill bit series. In March 1999, it added Taoyuan No.2 Plant. In May 1999 0.2mm drill bit series were in mass production. In June 1999 the company went public. In January 2000,it passed the ISO9002 certification. In August 2000 it added Taoyuan No.3 Plant. In December 2000,it passed ISO14001 certification. On March 29, the company went listed. In May 2001 it re-invested in KEYWAREINTERNATIONALLIMITED, and indirectly set up in Kunshan Huwei Electronics Co., Ltd. In July 2001 it set up Taoyuan No.4 Plant.
