Kian Shen Corp. was founded in 1955 and made up public offering in November 1993. Kian Shen is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of automobile frames, molds, automobile parts and wooden beds. The company provides automobile frames, which include products of large-, medium- and small-size trucks; sheet metal components, which are applied in automobile chassis, bodies and dangling components; molds, which are applied in the manufacture of automobile spare parts, as well as wooden beds. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the company obtained approximately 40.2%, 31.3% and 21.4% of its total revenue from automobile spare parts, automobile frames and wooden beds, respectively. The company distributes its products primarily in domestic market.
