Kindom Construction Corp. was established on November 23, 1979 and listed in Taiwan Stock Exchange on October 27, 1993 with symbol 2520. The company was granted ISO 9001 quality certification in August, 1995 and SGS international environmental system certification in 1998. The company’s main business is to lease and sell national residential and commercial buildings built by commissioned construction companies. Its most projects are focused in three areas including Xinyi District of Taipei City, Wenshan District of Taipei City and Chungho of Taipei County. The projects are sold in such places as Xinyi Road of Xinyi District, Songyong Road of Xinyi District, Shuiyuan Road of Zhongzheng District, Guilin Road of Wanhua District, Linsen North Road of Zhongshan District, Xinglong Road of Wenshan District, Jingping Road of Zhonghe City and Fuxiang Road of Zhonghe City.The projects in 2010 included Taipei Bridge Station and Zhongnan Market. The total sale of Taipei Bridge Station amounted to NT$ 2 billion, which is sold while built. The total sale of Kingdom Academia Sinica amounted to NT$ 4.6 billion in a pre-selling way. Other projects included Siyuan Road No.1 with the sale of NT$ 1.8, Siyuan Road No.2 with the sale of NT$ 3.3 and Taichung-Cheng Zhen Di. On June 1, 2010 the company purchased two land areas for the construction and sale of housing and parking lots: No. 114 and 115 in Zhongyuan Section of Hsinchuang, Taipei County with a total area of about 552 square feet. On October 20, the company purchased 24 land areas for the construction and sale of housing and parking lots: No. 600 etc. in Wanfang Section of Wenshan District, Taipei City with a total area of about 2,292 square feet.As of July 2011, its in-progress projects have amounted to more than NT$10 billion and ten land areas have been in hand.
