Leadtek Research Inc. was found in Oct 24th 1986, listed in June 3rd 1999.In Jan 2009, Leadtek, setup Broadband business unit, cooperated with the European telecommunications company to provide Terminal Services products. They published Mobile LBS application “ZeoLink” in worldwide Android Market in Oct and announced public release of iGuardian System with the event - Fubon Taipei Marathon (one of the 10 largest city marathons in the world) and real- time tracked significant marathon athletes in Dec. In March 2010, they announced strategic alliance with Global Mobile and KCS on ZeoLink.tv mobile IPTV services. The industrial life cycle of the Company is in the growth period. To meet the demands of the growing operation, the Company shall set up the dividend policy based on the consideration of the capital expenditure budgeting, the demand of working capital, and the shareholder's cash flow concern in the future. The Company may provide the shareholders stock dividend when the bonus for each share is equal to or below NT$2. When the bonus for each share is over NT$2, the Company may provide shareholder cash dividend not exceeding the fifty percent (50%) of the total of cash and stock dividends
