Lee Chi Ent. Co., Ltd. was founded in May 1973 and initially mainly engaged in assembling brakes. In 1989 it started to produce stamping components, brake ducts and aluminum heat treatment. In 1986 the R & D team successfully introduced computer-aided design system to improve development capabilities and shorten development time. In 1993 Nangang branch was set up to add the production line of line speed and produce brake rubber and plastic injection. So far the company has got 84 patents of new product designs. In 1993 it acquired ISO-9001 certification and in 1995 was listed on Taiwan Stock Exchange.
