Since May 1996 it entered the semiconductor industry. The company made up public offering in August 1998 and was listed in OTC on November 8, 2000. In February 2002 the company received ISO9001-2000 certification. In August 2002 it was listed TSEC market. Currently it is principally engaged in the planning, design and construction of cleanroom systems and electro-mechanical systems, as well as the treatment of waste solvent. The company provides the integration, testing, maintenance and consulting services for cleanrooms and peripheral electro-mechanical systems. It also constructs public electro-mechanical systems. During the year 2009, the company obtained approximately 87% of its revenue from its integration projects of cleanrooms and peripheral electro-mechanical systems.
