In 1989, the company was established. In 1994, the Chiayi branch was established. In 1997, it was approved by the competent authority to be converted into a comprehensive securities firm. Brokerage, self-operating, and underwriting businesses were established, and Taipei and Xinying branches were established. In 1998, Taichung, Kaohsiung, Taichung Port, and Tainan Branches were newly established, and the business was transferred to establish Xiluo, Huwei, Laifu, Dounan Branch. In 1999, the company established a new branch in Zhubei and Mie. In 2000, new branches, Dongmen, Itabashi, Madou, Public Welfare, North Kaohsiung, Taoyuan, Changchun, and Poyang Branches were newly established. In 2001, due to business considerations, the Taipei branch was abolished. The Interim Meeting of Shareholders was held on December 19th to join Bank of Communications Financial Holding Co., Ltd. through a share conversion (the company was renamed Zhaofeng Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. at the end of 2002). In 2002, the company formally joined Bank of Communications Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. (ie Zhaofeng Financial Holdings Co., Ltd.) in the form of share conversion; it accepted the Bank of Communications’ securities brokerage business and established Dongjiayi Branch. In order to expand the scale of securities business operations, reduce management costs and enhance business performance, the company signed a merger contract with Banco Comprehensive Securities Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zhaofeng Financial Holdings Co., Ltd., on Nov. 5, with the company as the surviving company, and made a merger. The base day was January 31, and Guting, Hsinchu, Songde, Zhongzheng, Lukang, and Datong Branches were established. The company was renamed "Bridge International Integrated Securities." In 2003, ZTE Securities was formally transferred; Formally consolidated Beili Securities Co., Ltd. and set up futures self-employed departments.
