Chaun-Choung Technology Corp.was originated by Mr. Wu Zong from Chaun-Choung Industrial Co., Ltd. in 1974. Currently its main businesses include the manufacturing of aluminum products and the design and manufacture of heat transfer in information products. A summary of the Company's most recent important notes are listed as below: In 1997 R & D department was expanded to the design of notebook computer cooling modules. In 1998 it obtained ISO9001 quality certification, and evaluated by notebook manufacturers such as Dell, Quanta, Inventec, Compal, and other public and macro 3, qualified as a cooling module supplier. In 2001 it passed the evaluation by Dell and was qualified asa heat-pipe supplier. In the same year it also passed the evaluation of Intel, qualified as a Chipset Cooler supplier. In 2002, the company’s stock was approved as Emerging stock by Securities Center (91) Warrant No. 11485. In 2003, the company's stock was approved of OTC trading by Securities Center Warrant No.0920000692. On January 14 its stock went listed in OTC market.
