Oriental Happy Enterprise Co., Ltd (abbr. OHE) established in 1974 and offers various copper-alloy wires and non-ferrous metal materials. At the beginning of time, OHE mainly produced brass wires and bars. The capacity was 20 tons/month. In 1989, OHE introduced and applied the famous equipment and technologies from Germany. Cold rolling mill machines, frequency induction melting furnace, annealing furnace which were made in Germany, U.S.A, U.K., and Austria, were also applied. Spectrometers, Universal testing machine, Metallographic microscope, and Hardness tester were purchased from Japan and Switzerland. OHE has kept investing in Research and Innovation. Every year, OHE invites foreign technicians to station at the factory to assist to improve skills and knowledge. OHE also cooperates with National Cheng Kong University, Metal Industries Development Centre and Metals Processing Research Laboratory. Besides, OHE sets up a laboratory in Southern Taiwan Science Park. Until now, OHE has successfully developed and offered over 20 copper-alloy items：Phosphor Copper Anode (Nugget, Ball, Plate), Oxygen-free/High Purity Copper Anode (Nugget, Ball), Nickel Silver Wire, Silicon Bronze Wire, Phosphor Bronze Wire, Aluminum Bronze Wire, Brass (70/30 above) Wire, Brass Anode (Ball, Plate), Copper Oxide, Cuprous Oxide, and Micro/Nano Copper Powder, etc. Moreover, OHE is able to offer customized product based on customers’ various requests. OHE products could be applied in many industries, such as in industries of Printed Circuit Board, Electronics, Spectacle, Welding, Fastener, Hardware, Zipper, Electroplating, Passive Components and National Defense. OHE products not only offer in local Taiwan market but also sell worldwide. Some OHE products are the appointed materials by foreign customers. Also, there are some products which OHE is the only one supplier in Taiwan. Moreover, because of steady excellent quality, OHE Phosphor Copper Anode Ball has been adopted by several main PCB manufacturers. Now OHE has become the main supplier of Copper Anode in PCB electroplating. OHE is approved the ISO-9001. Currently, there are three factories in Taiwan, which are located in Yung-Kang, An-Ping, and Liou-Ying.Our capacity is over 100,000tons/year. Besides, in 1997, OHE (HK) company was founded, and Suzhou O.H.E Technology Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. (China), set up in the year of 2000 to serve customers closely. Moreover, OHE Corporate Headquarters and the Singapore subsidiary are both established in 2009.OHE is the first company to receive the Carbon Footprint Verification on Phosphor Copper Anode in 2011, and future, we are also the first company approved by CQC under China Certification & Inspection Group (CCIC) for ISO-9001 (Quality Management System), ISO-14001 (Environmental Management System) and OHSAS-18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System).
