In April 1985, the company was set up,and in October 1996, the company changed its name to QST International Corp. In August 1998, it obtained ISO9002 Quality System Certification; in November the Company's operating entities implemented transformation by combining trading with manufacturing; in addition, it invested in Suzhou Youhui H ardware Industrial Co., Ltd. In March 2002, it obtained QS-9000 and ISO-14000 certification. In March 2004, it developed Taiwan fastener industry's first e-commerce platform Halofast.comTM.
