In May 1965, Lu brothers created New Spring Plant in Hsien,Taipei. In June 1968,it joined the Sino-Japanese technical cooperation (management of industrial R & D Corporation)and was renamed New Nikko Spring Machinery Co.,Ltd.. It introduced automatic molding machines of various types of springs .In September 1974,it added the purchase of Western and Japanese precision auto spring forming machine. In July 1986,it added the purchase of high-precision mold manufacturing equipment, punching equipment. In January 1990, it set up the R & D department to design the pivot used in Notebook and specialized in the production of the portable computer hub parts. In July 1991 it introduced 3D Auto CAD computer aided design system. In March 1993, it won SQS100 Premium AA qualification by Matsushita Electric Corporation of Taiwan. In June 1995, it passed the ISO-9002 quality assurance certification.
