Skardin Industrial Corp. was established on March 23, 1982. In August 1997 it was changed to Corporation. In 1999 it developed the digital man-made satellite receiver. In 2000 it produced the first generation digital man-made satellite receiver. In October 2000, it merged with Up Enterprise Co., Ltd.. In 2001 it modified the design of the second generation digital man-made satellite receiver. In 2002 the third generation digital man-made satellite receiver was developed. In 2003, it produced the ultra-thin digital man-made satellite receiver. In February 2004 it made investments in China to set up production bases. The company plans to develop DVB-T/MHPMODEL,SINGLETUNER/ TWINTUNERSDVB-S,ORDUB-TWITHPVR and C / A model DVB-SORDVB-TORDVB-C.
