SUYIN Ltd. was established in 1981 and officially became SUYIN Co.,Ltd. It Obtained ISO 9002 Quality System Certification in 1996. It established Shanghai SUYIN office, developed total solution for STB, LCD TV application in 1998. At the same year, it obtained Intel approval on CPU Socket 479, ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Certifications, IEQC-QC080000 Environmental Certification, ISO/TS16949 Automotive Quality System Certification. It established Changshu SUYIN Optoelectronics and developed PCMCIA Network Card, Sink Type Mini PCI, USB 3.0, High Speed Switch Connector in 1999. It obtained SONY Green Partner Certification, developed CPU Socket 462/478/754 Series and established Shenzhen SUYIN Office in 2003 In 2005 it obtained ISO 14001 Environmental Certification, established SUYIN optoelectronics, producing CMOS module, image Sensor IC, and established Suzhou SUYIN optoelectronics. In 2006, it developed NB DDR2, Mini PCI Express DIMM connector Series, NB CPU Socket 638/754 & MB CPU Socket 754 and eSATA connector, SD/Smart Card Connector series and high speed HDMI 1.2 series. In 2007, it established Changshu SUYIN imaging and developed Camera Socket, Express Card Ejector Series and Low Profile SIM Card Socket, Low Profile Battery, Stack R145 Jacks with integrated Transformer. In 2008, it developed DDR3, eSATA+HDMI series, Test Socket, Burn-in Socket, LVDS 51/41 Pins. In 1998, it entered China to build its first factory in Dongguan. Until 2009, three factories are completed with an integration of precision tooling center and South China Headquarter. It was approved for public distribution by Taiwanese authority in September, 2009.
