In December 1997, it incorporated Xinying Securities Co., Ltd.; former East Union Securities Securities changed its name to Ta Chong Securities Co., Ltd. Songjiang branch opened in March 1998. Tainan branch opened in June1998. In February 1999, Zhongshan branch opened. In December 2000, Daan Branch opened. In July 2002, it obtained the license to operate domestic stock index options contract brokerage businesses by Securities and Futures Commission Ministry of Finance
