Founded in 1999, Tainan Enterprise (Cayman) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company, the Corporate, or Tainan Cayman) is a holding company set up to promote private label products in China. In the same year in Shanghai, TONY WEAR (Shanghai) Fashion Co., Ltd. was established. The products range from the earliest trousers to the current multi-brand men’s clothing, including individualized men’s clothing, popular men’s clothing, and casual men’s clothing and sportswear, as well as women’s clothing. After over one decade of development, besides the early TONY WEAR brand, TONY JEANS was launched in 2002, TONY UOMO was launched in 2006, and TJL women’s clothing was launched in 2008. In addition, the Company has also become an agent for European clothing brands including CAMEL ACTIVE from Germany, NEW MAN and U BY UNGARO from France, etc. After TONY WEAR gained its brand awareness, Tainan (Cayman) set up Guanjia (Shanghai) Fashion Co., Ltd. in 2004 when EMELY, a brand that targets mature ladies, gained entry in the Chinese market. In 2008, a new brand EMELY SWEETIE was launched. With the sustainable development of the private label, TONY WEAR and Guanjia now have sales channels throughout China. Through the channeling, the brands are now widely recognized in the Chinese mainland market.
