Taiwan Ostor Corp. was founded in 1993, acting as agent to sell quartz crystal, oscillator, Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors. It was American INTERQUIPLIMITED exclusive distributor in Taiwan. In 2000 it invested Nantong Oster Electronics Co., Ltd., to strengthen the company's production and marketing base. In 2001 it was approved the IPO company by the Ministry of Finance, Securities and Futures Commission and invested in China Sanhe Oster Electronics Co., Ltd., to strengthen the company's production and marketing base. In the same year of 2001, it obtained ISO9001: 2000 quality certification. In 2003 it emerged in stock market. The recent successful development of products are the RLX series whose resistance is lower than the normal product of the past 15 to 20%. It plans to develop the new products: (1) long-life, small-size capacitors; (2) conductive polymer capacitors; (3) ultra-low-impedance electrolytic capacitors
