Founded on Apr. 9, 1997, Team Group Incorporated is primarily engaged in manufacturing of memory modules and flash memory card, issuing its stock in Aug. 25, 2010 and landing in Taiwan’s GreTai Securities Market on Oct. 13, 2010. 2. Business class and background: A. Main controllers are Chairman Xia Zhan Ning and his family members. Besides, there are 2 of Xia’s family member serving as directors, respectively Chaiman Xia Zhan Ning and Director Xia Wan Yun. Other directors are are still Qi Mei Juan(simultaneously serving as vice president of operations), Wong Kwok-keung (simultaneously serving as Team Group director). Supervisors are Cai Jia Tao and Zuo Qun Li. B. There are other major shareholders: Wong Kwok-keung , Ren Xiao Rong, Zhuang Zu Huang, etc. 3. Operating Overview: A. main revenue comes from the memory module (DRAM) and flash memory application products (NandFlash). B.
