Founded at Second June 2000, Thinflex Corp. is mainly engaged in manufacturing, wholesale and retail business of electronic components, synthetic resin, rubber materials and fine chemicals. In September 2000, plant had ground-breaking. In June 2001, the company's products met the standards of "emerging strategic industries" under Ministry of Economic Affairs Industrial Development Bureau Industrial (90) electric Zi No. 09000226940. In July 2001, the plant was completed and began testing. In September 2001, the company passed ISO-9002 and ISO-2000 international quality certification. Public offering was issued in November 2001. In December 2001, the company's products received the highest U.S. safety inspection UL quality assurance certification. In January 2002, the company started mass production and shipment. In May 2002, it passed the new product development program led by Ministry of Economic Affairs. In September 2002, non-gel-type layer of soft copper plate began massive production and shipment. The new products planning to develop include ultrathin polyimide adhesive-free primary soft copper plate and double-sided non-gel-type polyimide flexible copper primary board.
