In 1985 Tsang Yow Industrial Co., Ltd. was set up. In 1989 the company was put into the manufacturing and processing and marketing ranks of car torque converter parts. In 1990 it amplified product line, entering into the manufacturing and processing and sales of the automotive and heavy truck automatic transmission parts clutch parts. In 1993 it purchased CNC lathe, surface grinder and OD grinding machines. In 1995, heavy-duty truck clutch COVER of large castings was developed and a dedicated milling machine production line was set up. In 1996 CNC Cutting machines was bought, entering into precision milling field. In 1997 GMTH700-R4 Planet component products of automatic transmission were developed. In 1999 it obtained the certification of international quality management system ISO-9002. In 2000 it obtained the certification of QS-9000 of international quality management system in the automotive industry. In 2001 it introduced into online operation of the ERP Enterprise Resource Planning and PDM product data management computer system. In 2002, the key automotive air conditioning compressor process technology development project passed the evaluation by Ministry of Economic Affairs and got the grant. In 2003 it set up the factory in Zhongshan to be sued by the company’s yield and it passed the ISO14001 in Jul. In Feb. 2004, Zhongshan factory was built and was moved in.
