Founded in 1999, Win Semiconductors Corp. is a professional foundry services company for the production of gallium arsenide microwave integrated circuits (GaAsMMIC). Public offering issued in 2001. The company became the world's largest GaAs Factory, after combined with global United Telecommunications in 2004. It began to trade as Emerging Stock at GreTai Securities Market in October 2009. GaAs industry faces the challenge of oversupply. The products are mainly used in RF communication devices, including power amplifier (PA) and RF switch devices (RFSwitch). Wang Jie is the domestic company in the same business.
