Xin Chio Global Co., Ltd. was founded in 1990. English ASIC terminal control chip was successfully developed in 1994. In 1995, the company got the UL safety certification, as well as CE and FCC certification. In the same year, it launched network terminals. In 1996, it pushed off TCP/IP color network terminals. Then in 1997, Chinese terminal control chip (ASIC) and color text terminals came into public. In 1999, the company launched the second generation ASIC English Internet terminal control chip, and gained TUV safety certification, CB, and magnetic inspection certification by Commodity Inspection Bureau. And the company was checked and approved as Terminal Emulation on Win CE investment project by the Industrial Bureau of Economic Ministry. In 2000, TK-3000 simplified computer officially listed, and successfully developed integrated window terminal of TK-5015LCD. In 2001, TK-5015T touch panel window terminal launched, and TK-3000 Simplified computer won the 8th SME Innovation Research Award and the fourth Rising Star Award. In 2002, IPO was issued. In the same year, the company passed ISO9001: 2000 certification, and successfully completed R&D of TK-775TCP/IP Ethernet terminals. In 2003, TK-3350 high-performance windows terminal and Embedded Linux window terminal were successfully developed. TK-3000 and TK-3350 terminal window were up to the 11th Excellence accreditation standard, awarded by Ministry of Economic Affairs "Taiwan Symbol of Excellence".
