Hold Jinn Electronics Co., Ltd. was founded at December 12th 1991 in Taishan Township, Taipei County. It is mainly engaged in sales of transformer wire rack. In the same year, the company and factory moved to No.118, Wu Kung San Lu, Wugu industrial District, Taipei County. In 1993, the company set up sales offices in Shenzhen, China, then in Hong Kong in 1995. In 1996, it built sales offices in Illinois to strengthen the U.S. market. In 1997, the factory achieved UL certification. In 1998, the company became the first one to develop SMD transformer wire rack. In 2000, it obtained UKASISO9002 certification. The company changed its name to Hold Jin Electronic CO., LTD. It invested in Data world Management Ltd., and indirectly into Hold Jin Plastic Electronic [Shenzhen] Co., Ltd. with 100percent shares. In 2002, it invested in the United States ATMEL ECTRONIC CORP., indirectly into the Hold Jin Plastic Electronics Co., Ltd. in Kunshan. IPO was issued. Hold Jin set up sales offices in Tokyo, Japan, and established Hold Jin Plastic Electronic [Shenzhen] Co., Ltd. in BaoAn through Data world Management Ltd. The main products are various types of transformer coil, Bakelite construction products and materials, and other products. The new products planed to develop include SMD transformer coil in a variety of LCD panel, transformer coil in IT industry, LED-line stand and transistor-line stand, and molding, laser carving printing, spraying processing technologies used for mobile phone key and window.
