After Unizyx Holding Corporation completing the equities conversion of ZyXEL, ZyXEL will delist and turn into Unizyx. Then Unizyx will go public. Unizyx will focus on the telecommunication market. In addition to OEM business, the company will develop consumer networking products. The major revenue is from broadband and COE (central office equipment).ZyXEL is the second largest supplier of VDSLCOE in the world. The principal company, in the same business with Unizyx, is Alcatel-Luncent.
