1995 The Company was formed on June 12, 1995 under the laws of the Islands of Bermuda. The Company s shares trade under the symbol NAT on the New York Stock Exchange. The Company, Nordic American Tankers Limited was formed on June 12, 1995 under the name Nordic American Tanker Shipping Limited and organized under the laws of the Islands of Bermuda.
2011 The Company changed its name to Nordic American Tankers Limited.
2013 The Company acquired Frontline s shares in Orion for 271,000, which was its nominal book value as of December 31, 2012, after which Orion became our wholly-owned subsidiary.
2015 The Company does not provide a geographical analysis because the Company s business is global in nature and the location of its vessels continually changes.
