As shared by Mr. Nguyen Van Chinh - Project Architect, for projects with value of less than VND 100 billion, the subject undertakes entire works from design to construction. For projects with value of more than VND 100 billion, the subject will cooperate with subcontractors. Some prominent customers include Samsung, LG, Hyundai, Lotte… According to our investigation, the subject achieves certificate of construction activity capability No. ANG-00044663 with expired date to 19 Aug 2030. In 2021, the construction and real estate industries suffered from difficulties due to complicated resurgence of Covid-19 pandemic. In 2022, the real estate market continued to encounter impediments in capital mobilization and scarce in supply. Besides, in the context of the fact that the global economy fell into recession caused by geopolitical tensions, people tended to tighten spending. This affected the construction industry in general and the subject in particular. We made an interview with a staff of the subject. According to her, net sales in 2022 recorded the high growth as data of previous year. The main reason was that many projects in previous years were settled in 2022 and the company received some big projects in that year. In 2023, the company received a big project called Lotte Mall in Ha Noi City.
