History of the company - 1978, the factory Vitamiks Vrbas was established, within which there was:
-Trivit-baker
-Trivit-mill
-Zitar
-Medela-biscuit factory
-FSH-fodder factory and
- Retail sales.
In 1991, Trivit-Peak was separated as an independent company engaged in the production of bread, pastry and cakes.
During his state-owned ownership, Trivit-pek also dealt with the production of milk and dairy products. In 2003, the privatization of Trivit-Peka comes into play with the public auction method where the company becomes the owner of Dragan Scepanovic s Mega-Trade Kula.
Today s production program Trivit-pek AD Vrbas consists of:

In the bakery there is a line for the industrial production of bread from flour T-500 and T-850. In addition to the standard types of bread in the range of bakery, there are also several types of special breads, of which the most famous bread is bread, bread, alpine bread as well as frozen products, cremium crust, pie crust and gibanica, pizza baskets, bread crumbs and other.
Also in the bakery the production was done and it struck with 700 gr of nut, strudel with a poppy of 700 gr, and strudel with walnut and poppy of 0.90 grams.
In the bakery, it is delivered to the bakery with tanks or specially equipped trucks. Upon receipt of the flour, it is first sampled. In the laboratory located within the bakery, the basic characteristics of the flour are determined, such as:
- moisture, gluten and ash content, as well as the power absorption of water and other characteristics essential for production.
The water for production is generated from the city water supply. Within the plant there are devices that control the water temperature, ie, it s possible both to heat and cool the water.
Cooked meats are packed in jars, stored in a warehouse of raw materials.
The yeast is stored in large refrigerators at a temperature of +4 C, and additional raw materials depending on the type and the characteristics are at room temperature or in refrigerators or freezers.
Every night from the bakery Trivit-pek Vrbas, vehicles are moving towards all bigger and smaller towns throughout Vojvodina, as well as large cities like Novi Sad, Belgrade and Subotica, which supply hypermarkets and supermarkets on the market.
By putting emphasis on high quality of production and continuous introduction of innovations, the products of Bakery Trivit-pek and Becej Bakeries quickly took a prominent place among the leading producers in Vojvodina.
