Lukoil Serbia A.D. Beograd is engaged in the retail distribution of automotive fuels. The company is controlled by Russian oil giant Lukoil.
Petroleum products retailer Lukoil Serbia was established in 1990 under the DP Ina Belgrade name through an expropriation of INA Trgovine Zagreb`s assets located on the territory of Serbia.
In 1992 the company was renamed to Beopetrol and in 1997 it was transformed into a joint-stock company.
In September 2003, Lukoil Europe Holding acquired a 79.53% stake in the company for EUR 117 million. Lukoil pledged to invest an additional EUR 90 million over the next five years.
Lukoil Serbia operates more than 100 filling stations across the country.
