The Gornji Milanovac-based Metalac Posudje D.O.O. is the biggest subsidiary of Metalac A.D., whose share in the total income of the holding company is 40-50%. It is active in the production of enamelled, non-stick and stainless steel cookware. The enamel cookware factory was founded in 1959, the non-stick cookware unit in 1994 and stainless steel cookware plant in 1999. The product portfolio of the company includes 500 different items.
The company exports 70% of its production to France, Russia, Spain, England, Germany, Italy, USA and Australia.
The market share of the company on the local market is 65%. Every year Metalac Posudje sells approximately 6 million cookware items.
