Novi Sad-based meat processing company Neoplanta was incorporated in 1980. In 1998 it was transformed into a joint-stock structure. In 2007 the meat producer became part of distribution and logistics company Nelt.
Neoplanta produces almost one million kilos of meat and meat products every month and its portfolio includes more than 80 different products. It also operates its own retail network, consisting of 27 stores across the country.
