Yugorosgaz, 50% owned by Russian Gazprom, was established in 1996 when it received a 25-year concession for the construction of gas pipeline network in Serbia, sale and transit of natural gas. The firm supplies Serbia with gas form Russia and is responsible for the gasification and gas supply to consumers in Nis, Razanj, Aleksinac, Aleksandrovac, Lucani, Guci, Leskovac and Vlasotinac.
